If you’ve had a chance to check out my new website, you may have noticed the symbol of the pinecone woven throughout my brand. It’s a beautiful motif, and I chose it because it’s also a powerful symbol that reflects the essence of my work and the journey of the women I serve.

I live in the high desert of Central Oregon, surrounded by tall Ponderosa pines. Pinecones have always felt magical to me—protective, mysterious, and deeply wise. They carry seeds of life, releasing them only when the time is right. Some pinecones even require the intense heat of a forest fire to open. That image has stayed with me: transformation through pressure, fire, and change.

In many traditions, the pinecone represents the pineal gland—sometimes called the “seat of the soul.” It governs our internal rhythms, our sleep, and our sense of connection to something greater. Spiritually, it’s a reminder of both resilience and awakening. In a woman’s life, we move through many “fires”: the expected transitions of menarche (a female’s first menstrual period), motherhood, menopause—and the unexpected ones like illness, grief, loss, or deep personal change.

These moments crack us open, releasing the seeds of a new version of ourselves.

Like the pinecone, we hold multitudes: protectors, givers, shapeshifters, wise women. We regenerate again and again. Each cycle, each transformation, brings us closer to our essence. That spark—that soul seed—is always there.

How will you care for the vessel that holds your soul?

How will you honor the resilience and beauty of your own transformation?

I’m in a perpetual state of awe at the strength of women. Because of your resilience, you can handle anything. And while the changes in your body may feel like the least of your concerns amidst everything you carry, rebalancing your own health will lighten your load.

When you reignite your spark, you benefit from better sleep, steadier hormones, and deeper emotional resilience. You raise your vibration—and that shift ripples out, touching your loved ones, your community, and the world around you.

An investment in your well-being is never just for you. It’s a gift to everyone you love.

Are you ready to reignite your spark?

I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
